Seniors Were Delighted By Our Students
senior B   seniors 2013    seniors A
at Wittenberg Manor and Eden Lodge last Friday. The 1st-6th grade students prepared a selection of Holiday songs to entertain the residents.  Our goal is to bring “joy and happiness.” All the students made effort to talk to the Seniors. We spend time in our Morning Assembly practicing how to talk to people one doesn’t know. We have been visiting these Centers for many years, and two long-time residents told us they saved the cards the students made all these years! The director from Wittenberg Manor told our staff that what makes our school unique, is that we do not just sing and leave, but the students stay and talk to the residents!  She said the residents look forward to our visit every year!
Thank you to all the parents that supported this valuable community service.
